Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary
Welcomes guests, represents the brand in a positive light on and off the floor, assists with setup, leads events, parties, and classes. Engaging and enthusiastic, knowledgeable on topics relevant to events. Maintains the momentum, fluid flow, high energy, and effective time management, creates a fun experience.
Essential Skill Set
- Public Speaking: Excellent vocal.
- Improvisation: Quick thinking to fill unexpected dead air or handle live mistakes gracefully.
- Active Listening: Staying hyper-aware of the event dynamics and guests' needs.
- Charisma: Building an immediate, authentic connection with diverse crowds of all sizes.
Grooming
- All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per restaurant standards. Professional uniform attire required.
Physical Demands
- Long periods of standing and walking.
